The hotel group rate of Single and Double Occupancy:  $149.00 per night is available three days prior to and following the conference dates of February 23-27, 2010.  Group rates are available only until January 24, 2010, subject to available space in the ACJS room block.  The room tax totaling 12.5% per night  and any applicable state taxes are not included in these rates.

It is preferred that you reserve your hotel accommodations through the online reservations system, which also provides more detailed information about the hotel.  If you choose to call the hotel for reservations, please be sure to tell them that you are with the ACJS Group.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you wish to cancel your hotel reservation, you must do so by 6:00 PM PST, January 28, 2010, to avoid the cancellation penalty equal to a one-night charge plus all applicable taxes.  This policy will be strictly enforced.
