Submission Deadline Preferred: September 30, 2024
Final Deadline: October 14, 2024, 11:59pm CST
This will be the third year using the new provider for the ACJS abstract submission system. As a result, we encourage you to review the step-by-step instructions below BEFORE you begin the submission process.
- Use this link to access the ACJS 2025 Abstract Submission System - (link removed - system now closed).
- On the top menu bar, you will see “Submission Information.” Click on the type of abstract submission you wish to submit under. If you are unsure what type of submission your abstract falls under, please refer to the descriptions listed on pages 7 and 8 of the Call for Presentations.
- Once you select your submission category, click the “Start” button.
- You will be directed to the “Search” page. For all first-time users, the search function will not find you. Still, please complete the search attempt. Note: After you complete the initial system registration process, entering your information on any line in the search form will return your information prepopulated and you will be able to move forward at this step. For all first-time users, the search will return a message, “We’re sorry, you’re information was not found in our database,….” Hit the “Start” button at the bottom of the page.
- Fill in the contact information fields (red = required fields), and hit “Continue.”
- Complete all required fields to add your abstract submission (i.e., title, description, topic area, etc.) and hit “Continue” or “Save for Later”. Note: Please DO NOT use all capital or all lower-case lettering when entering your title or abstract description; it creates extensive, time-consuming copy-editing work for the program committee when formatting the online program. We appreciate your sensitivity and cooperation regarding this matter.
- If you hit Continue, you will be taken to the “Review Information” page where you may add a co-author/presenter, add additional papers for complete panels, edit your contact information, edit or remove your abstract, as well as print your submission.
- Once all participant(s) information has been added, hit “Submit.”If you choose to “Save and Edit Later”, know your abstract information is incomplete and has not been formally submitted for program review. All abstracts MUST BE completed and submitted by the required deadline (preferred September 30; final October 14). This is a FIRM DEADLINE. Any abstract information saved for later but not complete by hitting “Submit” WILL NOT be reviewed or accepted for the annual meeting program – no exceptions.
- After you click Submit, the next page will be a “Thank You” notice and details on how to login in the future to the Submission Service Center, should you need to return to the system to edit or add information. You will also receive the same information in a confirmation email, which we recommend you bookmark or flag in your email inbox for future reference. Also, please fill free to print your login details from this page using the print icon on the right side of the page.
Your registration within the submission system DOES NOT register you for the annual meeting. Registration for the meeting is independent and applicable registration fees apply. Details regarding Annual Meeting registration will be forthcoming.
PLEASE NOTE: LCD projectors will be available in the meeting rooms. No wifi, computers, or other audio/visual equipment will be provided. If you require an HDMI connection to the LCD projector, please bring a cable with you or contact our audio-visual provider prior to your session and request that one be provided to you. The audio-visual contact number will be posted in the meeting mobile app. Additional audio-visual equipment is the responsibility of the presenter. Individuals wanting additional equipment must either bring equipment to the conference or make the necessary rental arrangements through the ACJS audio-visual provider. Please contact the Association Manager for rental information – manager@acjs.org.
Presenters are expected to wear professional attire for their panel presentations.
