Directory of Policy Experts

ACJS fosters professional and scholarly activities in the field of criminal justice. It promotes criminal justice education, research, and policy analysis within the discipline of criminal justice for both educators and practitioners. Providing a forum for disseminating ideas related to issues in research, policy, education, and practice within the field, ACJS attributes its success in creating this dynamic professional association to the composition of its membership. Among those members are many experts who are willing to share their knowledge in various areas of criminal justice.

The purpose of the Directory of Policy Experts is to further the objectives of ACJS through the provision of valuable contacts for media outlets and local, state, federal, and international legislative bodies seeking cutting edge, empirically based information pertaining to the field of criminal justice and for criminal justice/criminology scholars seeking content experts or opportunities for collaboration.

ACJS provides Policy Experts through its partnership with the Criminal Justice Research Alliance (CJRA). Those interested in finding a Policy Expert can view the extensive list and search by topic areas here.
