In September 2024, ACJS migrated to a new membership database system, resulting in a new renewal process:

1) Members no longer log onto the website to renew via a hyperlink. Instead, ACJS will send current members an “Invoice Email” to the email address we have on file with a link to view or download an invoice for 2025 dues. DO NOT create an invoice in the system now, because it will be for the 2024 calendar year. Please wait until you receive the “Invoice Email” from ACJS before attempting to renew your ACJS dues.

2) You can pay the invoice online by credit card using the link provided in the “Invoice Email” or print out a copy to send with a check payment. If you plan to mail a check, be sure to take note on the invoice of the new ACJS mailing address for check payment. ACJS does not accept purchase orders as a method of payment.

3) If you belong to a Section, you will also receive an “Invoice Email” for Section dues. You must be a member of ACJS to be a part of a Section. Without an ACJS membership, a renewed Section membership will be suspended.
Please Note: LIFETIME MEMBERS will only receive a 2025 dues invoice for their current Section membership(s). You no longer need to request an invoice from the National Office. If you wish to add a new Section membership not invoiced, please use the following link to join the Section(s) via the membership application: https://members.acjs.org/membership-application.

4) During the renewal process, you will have the option to set up “automatic renewal” for future dues payments. We encourage members to opt into automatic renewal!

5) If you need to update your affiliation or company information, please email your current AND previous information to info@acjs.org. This will allow ACJS to authenticate you before making the change to the database. You can make any other member profile changes directly in the new Member Info Hub.

6) If you have not created a new member username and password, please email info@acjs.org to request a copy of the original invite email sent to you in September. For security reasons, the email link to create your username and password expires in 72 hours. Once received, you must act quickly. Following, you will be able to log into the Member Info Hub, where you can also view billing details.
