Cybercrime, Terrorism, and Security Studies Section

Our section would like to have you as a member! We are a very welcoming group and we encourage our members to continue to innovate, accept fruitful challenges and most importantly, to help in carrying the torch of freedom for a more enlightened system for the administration of justice and for peace and security in the world.

Please reach out to Martin Greenberg at mgreenberg955@gmail.com and/or feel free to contact any member for more information.

The primary function of the Security and Crime Prevention Section is to promote the professional growth and development of its members through service and education. Security and crime prevention education includes the dissemination of information related to techniques and services available to both the public and professionals with the goal of reducing harm and fear of victimization. The Section strives to provide resources, organizational programs, workshops, and activities to support these ends. It seeks to ensure that its members, and through them the general public, remain on the cutting edge of technology, research, and practical applications in the fields of security and crime prevention.

We welcome the participation of concerned members of the public as well as practitioners and faculty in achieving our objectives through membership in the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences and its Section on Crime Prevention and Security.
